How to freeze: wash, top and tail, cut into small slices, blanch for 2-3 mins.

Freeze half-cooked carrots and peas in Micro Plus Box (Toppits). To speed things up when cooking, take the box out of the freezer and put it straight into the microwave. Then cook or heat as required.
