Ingredients:
8 Toppits Big Muffin Cups
For the mixture:
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
250 g Greek yoghurt
2 tbsp. rapeseed oil
250 g flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 small red pepper
200 g sheep's cheese
5 green olives (without stones)
1/2 tsp. oregano

Preparation:
- Mix egg with salt, yoghurt and oil. Stir in flour and baking powder.
- Finely dice the red pepper, sheep's cheese and olives and stir together with the flour mixture and oregano into the egg mixture.
- Fill the mixture into 8 cups and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (Gas: mark 3, convection oven 160°C) for approx. 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Serve the muffins cold or warm.
