Vorspeise
1 pack of Toppits Muffin Cups (= 12 pieces)
Ingredients:
175 g flour
1/2 cube of fresh yeast (= 21 g)
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. edible oil
20 g dried tomatoes
50 g boiled ham
50 g salami
1 tsp. Italian herbs
50 g grated cheese
For the topping:
100 g grated cheese

1. Sieve flour into a bowl, make a hollow in the middle, crumble yeast into it, sprinkle with sugar, mix with approx. 5 tbsp. of lukewarm water and leave covered in a warm place to rise for approx. 20 minutes.
2. Knead 5 tbsp. of lukewarm water, salt and oil into the dough and leave to rise for a further approx. 30 minutes.
3. Dice the tomatoes, boiled ham and salami and, together with the herbs, knead into the dough. Divide dough into twelve portions, form into "balls", place in the Muffin Cups and leave to rise for a further approx. 20 minutes.
4. Sprinkle cheese onto the dough, then bake in preheated oven at 180°C (Gas: mark 4, convection oven 160°C) for approx. 20-25 minutes and serve warm or cold.
