Ingredients:
8 Toppits Tart Cups
For the mixture:
- 150 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 75 g cold butter
For the filling:
- 150 g spinach, roughly chopped (frozen)
- 1 tsp. butter
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 1 egg
- 200 g fresh cheese
- Salt, freshly ground pepper
- nutmeg, ground

Preparation:
- Knead the ingredients until smooth and add 1-2 tbsp. of cold water.
- Divide the dough into eight parts, form each into the size of the tart cups with sides, and place in the cups.
- Sauté the spinach in hot butter and cook for approx. five minutes. Cut the smoked salmon into thin strips and add.
- Mix together egg and fresh cheese, then season everything to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Pour filling onto the base and bake in preheated oven at 180°C (Gas: mark 4, convection oven 160°C) for approx. 30-35 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
