Black Barbecue Pans are up to 30% faster: the black coating on the bottom of the tray conducts the glowing heat more actively to the food above than conventional barbecue trays. This leads to a higher temperature on the tray’s surface and the food is cooked in a shorter period of time. The higher temperature also makes food deliciously crispy and tasty, while preserving the original barbecue flavor. Thanks to the specially formed fat-catching grooves, dripping fat does not land in the embers below – thus preventing the formation of health-damaging substances (benzopyrene). As the fat stays in the pan, the barbecue grid stays clean and doesn’t need to be cleaned.
